Permanent mold casting is a highly desirable process to achieve superior mechanical properties (up to 30% greater than greensand casting), smoother surface finishes, and price advantages in some cases.  Our aluminum foundry offers both tilt pour and low pressure permanent mold capabilities to support a wide range of applications.​

  • 20 low pressure permanent mold machines, including several counter pressure machines
  • Ideal process to meet grade C casting quality requirements for structural & safety critical applications
  • In-house pattern shop, tooling development, core production, heat treatment, robotic grinding & flow simulation
  • Casting weights from 1lb. to 120lb.
  • Process can support low, medium or high volume projects (10 to 100,000 EAU)
