About Our Business

HCW Sales LLC (formerly HCW & Associates) is a professional manufacturers’ representative firm operating out of the Pacific Northwest and servicing the West Coast.

HCW Sales LLC represents a dozen production suppliers across North America who specialize in different manufacturing disciplines. Our primary capabilities include sheet metal fabrication, machining, castings, PCBA and wire harness assemblies.  If you are an OEM or manufacturer looking for new U.S. or Canadian suppliers in any of these categories, we can help! Our role as an agency is to understand customer needs and introduce you to our relevant suppliers if there is a fit.

Our team is involved with the initial introduction between customer and supplier. We engage with new companies, facilitate RFQs and identify potential opportunities / projects that align with our supplier capabilities.  Quotes, purchase orders, and production of parts are all directly fulfilled by our suppliers & we stay engaged with these ongoing efforts in whatever capacity is necessary.  At the end of the day, what we’re really working towards is a healthy long term relationship between customer and supplier.

In September 2021, Scott Wagemans and Taylor Wagemans formally acquired HCW & Associates from founder and former owner, Hank Wagemans. We changed the name to HCW Sales, LLC and now look to grow into new markets and expand our value add to our customers.

In September 2022, HCW hired Michael Wagemans as a full time sales representative. Mike brings past inventory management, procurement and sales experience to the table. Mike will increase our capacity to uncover and support new business opportunities for our suppliers.

 

Meet the Team

Scott Wagemans

Owner



Scott is a business development professional with a mechanical engineering degree from Gonzaga University. Scott spent 4 years as a program manager with Cadence Aerospace. Prior he spent a year in France at Figeac Aero in a similar capacity. Scott also served internships at Renton Coil Spring and Exotic Metals. Scott joined HCW in 2013.

Taylor Wagemans

Owner



HCW welcomed Taylor to the team in 2017. Taylor received a mechanical engineering degree from Gonzaga University in 2010 and an MBA from the U.W. Foster School of Business evening program in 2021. Prior to joining HCW, Taylor worked for 8 years as an industrial engineer and plant manager at Haakon Industries and then Romac Industries, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.

Michael Wagemans

Sales



Mike is a business professional with a public relations degree from Gonzaga University. Mike has been working hands on since graduating in 2013, and brings inventory management, procurement / purchasing, and sales experience to HCW. Mike has worked in a variety of environments, including manufacturing, start up culture, and U.S. distribution for European OEMs.

Hank Wagemans

Founder & Former Owner



Hank is a business development professional with an economics degree from the University of Washington. After school Hank spent 6 years as a buyer at Boeing involved with “SCD” equipment as well as castings, forgings & machined parts. Hank spent an additional 6 years in direct sales – managing & developing UK based High Duty Alloys position in the western half of the US. In 1990 he established HCW & Associates – a Manufacturer’s Representative agency with primary focus in the aerospace industry. Since the acquisition of HCW by Scott and Taylor, Hank has moved into retirement but remains engaged with the business as an advisor and mentor.
