Airset Sand
Overview
Airset, or no bake sand, is another popular casting option utilized in North America. While greensand casting utilizes fixed mold sizes and automated production, airset is the optimal casting choice for more complex geometries at lower volumes. We offer over 200 different alloys in the airset process across multiple foundry locations.
